Hospitals have software for data, prediction, and workflow. For the strategic decisions a board signs — which service lines to grow, partner, or exit; whether to acquire or partner with a practice — the criteria, the evidence, the dissent, and the reopen conditions still tend to live in separate artifacts. Doogooda turns that fragmented lifecycle into one versioned Decision Record, delivered with expert support and produced by the same decision model every time.
The company today
Doogooda Inc. is a Delaware corporation based in Madison, Wisconsin.
A first commercial engagement is in delivery (2026). Two decision classes are in market: service-line strategy and physician-practice integration, each sold as one fixed-scope decision at a time.
The method, before the company
The decision science behind the record was published in Management Science (2022) and ran live inside Moorfields Eye Hospital (NHS).
It grew out of research at Massachusetts General Hospital and an AHRQ-funded (R36) Medicare claims program.
