Doogooda grew out of research on how healthcare organization, incentives, and resource allocation affect care delivery. We offer analytical services to help organizations examine alternatives, understand defined changes, and consider what to do next.
Our team brings research methods into a scoped engagement, supported by our own analytical tools. We are developing more connected and reusable workflows to support reproducible analysis and later review.

Healthcare choices affect where care is available, who can use it, and how limited resources are allocated. We examine these questions alongside care quality, equity, and cost.
Our development work focuses on reusable data definitions, calculation components, and review checks. We are also developing a shared analysis workspace for keeping a baseline, alternatives, evidence, and review history together. The aim is to carry suitable analytical work into the next review while reassessing the methods, evidence, and assumptions for each question.

The founder’s research on physician integration and care delivery was conducted at Massachusetts General Hospital and published in Management Science (2023). A decision model built in her research ran inside Moorfields Eye Hospital (NHS). During her doctoral research at Harvard, Lina was the principal investigator on a dissertation research award from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). The R36 project examined hospital–physician integration and care quality in colorectal cancer services.

Lina Song, PhD
Founder & CEO
- Lina leads scientific specification and analytical review.
- She earned her PhD in Health Policy, with a concentration in Decision Sciences, at Harvard and previously served as an Assistant Professor at UCL School of Management. Her research examines physician integration, patient choice, and the allocation of healthcare resources.

Co-founder & CTO
- A.J. leads software engineering and implementation, translating analytical requirements into the demonstration and product workflow.
- He spent eight years at a global consumer technology company, leading the site reliability and infrastructure organization behind services for fifty million users.
